Journal Writing
Journal writing is a powerful tool for anyone desiring to get
to know themselves deeply and consciously. Through guidance and
helpful feedback, writers can keep a daily journal and track themselves,
their changing world and worldview.
We all change moment-to-moment. When we write, the journal can
be used as a mirror to reflect back to us what is going on in
our lives. It can be the vehicle for dramatic life changes or
gentle nudgings to grow and have fuller lives. It can also reflect
to us what is right and joyful in our lives. It can be a place
to express our gratitude for all that is beautiful and fulfilling.

Peg Ritter-Rogers radiates such infectious joy in the creative
process that her very presence always makes me want to dive further
into writing and art. Her work comes from wise depths of experience,
and I enthusiastically recommend her as teacher and guide into the
sacred center of the Self.
